Puppies begin to shed off their baby teeth, and grow its permanent teeth at about four months old. This is when you must start dog teeth cleaning.

There are dog tooth cleaning products that are available in the market today that can be easily inserted in the fingertip of the pet owner. One type is a rubber device that has a spike around it. The other product has a brush in the tip, were you can use to brush the teeth of your pet. Always be sure to use toothpaste that is intended for your dog. Be sure to wash the dog toothbrush every time after using.
