Here is just another example of how loved the Pit Bull was with the American public. The Pit Bull is the only dog to have the distinction of being on the cover of Life Magazine three times!

Do you know why you would never see this today? Because at the time this was taken, people took responsibility for thier own actions. Today, we just pass the blame!
